Stay in authenticity and grace at Villa La Vigerie, built over 50 years ago and totally renovated in 2020. The renovations were carried out in a genuine manner to maintain the original hybrid style of the villa. The villa is situated close to the Mediterranean Sea level in the La Gaillarde area with mind-blowing views over the lovely landscape, the Bay of St Raphael, the Esterel mountains, and on a clear day, the snow-capped tops of The Alps. The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 adults and 2 children.

THE VILLA
The villa is spread out over 3 levels totaling 220 m². The main entrance welcomes you with a staged design of original stone, a dinner table for 4 persons, and night-lights in the evening.
On the ground floor, there is a well-equipped kitchen in Provencale style, a large living room, including an 8 seat dining area, with sofas and tables in front of the beautiful original fireplace. This floor has one Master Bedroom, one Master Bathroom, and one Bathroom. The top floor has one bedroom and a small terrace with a table and chairs with an absolutely overwhelming view over the Mediterranean sea. There is a long terrace in front of the two extra-large sliding windows in the living room and ends in an extended dinner area with the capability of 10 guests at the dinner table.
The two rooms at the bottom floor have lake views and separate bathrooms. All rooms have access to wardrobes. In the Garage, there is a gym/fitness and a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, and steam iron. For your safety and comfort, the villa is protected with a top-secured alarm system, fire detectors, and extinguishers. The villa has no elevator and is not wheelchair accessible.
LOCATION
In a magnificent position in the lower hills of La Gaillarde and with a fabulous view of the Mediterranean Sea and St Raphael Bay and coastline, this well-placed villa was completely renovated in 2020.
SURROUNDINGS
The villa is surrounded by approximately 1.000 m² of grounds with a treated and lush garden with weekly care from a local gardener that creates a warm and relaxing ambiance and atmosphere. There is a private pool, a heated outdoor shower, a relaxation pool-side deck made with local materials with sofas and chairs for 8 people, and an amazing view of the Mediterranean Sea – the perfect place for a pool day with total privacy and stunning surroundings.
The kitchen has direct access to the outdoor al fresco dining area with barbecue and grill possibilities. The terrace is equipped with outdoor Wi-Fi music system speakers. The villa’s grounds are fully enclosed with high stone walls and a fence towards the forest to the right of the villa and a steel gate, TV monitored and equipped with an alarm. There is parking for up to two cars inside the villa area and two cars can park in front of the villa.
